Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for any unused item.
Eligibility for Return
For a return to be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Initiating a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards
We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
